    We are available by TEXT almost all hours of the day. Our number is 210-610-5511. You can also reply to order emails and we will respond as soon as we are able.
  • DO WE OFFER ANY DISCOUNT OR LOYALTY PROGRAMS?
    Yes! Our Lucky Bucks rewards program enables you to earn 5% store credit on all purchases. Your account will be credited points earned when your order status changes to completed in your account dashboard. Register for an account today!
  • I JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
    We strive to ship orders same-day. However, due to high order volume, we guarantee your order will ship the next business day if received by 3 PM CST. Saturday orders will ship same-day if payment is received by 9AM CST. 
  • DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?
    Yes! Tracking is sent once your order is marked complete. Be sure to check your spam folder, and whitelist our email address to receive all communications from us. You will be sent an email every time your order status changes. You can also log in to your dashboard on LuckyHerbals.com to see all order details, as well as your Lucky Bucks account balance. Just click on the “My Account” link at the top of any page to access your dashboard.
  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    All packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit time is 2-3 days. We offer this service for FREE on all orders $30 or greater. For privacy purposes, the packaging is not labeled to indicate the contents, and our return address uses “LH” instead of our business name.
