We are available by TEXT from 10AM-8PM Monday thru Friday, and from 10AM-4PM on Saturday. We are CLOSED on Sundays. The number for our support text line is 210-610-5511. You can also reply to order emails and we will respond as soon as we are able.

I JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders ship next-day, Monday thru Friday only. We do not ship on Saturday. IF TIME PERMITS, YOUR ORDER MAY SHIP SAME-DAY. During sales and open events (where membership is not required to purchase), please see the main and shop page for specific shipping times.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?
Yes! Tracking is sent once your order is marked complete. Be sure to check your spam folder, and whitelist our email address to receive all communications from us. You will be sent an email every time your order status changes. You can also log in to your dashboard on LuckyHerbals.com to see all order details, as well as your Lucky Bucks account balance. Just click on the “My Account” link at the top of any page to access your dashboard.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Typical transit time is 2-3 business days once USPS has it in their possession.

DO YOU SHIP DISCREETLY?
For privacy purposes, the packaging is not labeled to indicate the contents, and our return address uses “LH” instead of our business name. We had issues with orders being taken when we used Lucky Herbals as the sender. This seems to have cut down on product theft.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING?
No, we do not do wholesale. Our pricing is structured so that it is affordable for everyone. If you’re looking for a GREAT deal, stick around for a bit. We run sales and promotions pretty often!

WHY CAN’T YOU MAKE HEALTH CLAIMS OR OFFER MEDICAL ADVICE?
Kratom (mitragyna speciosa) is classified by the Food and Drug Administration as a substance unapproved for human consumption. Legally, we must follow guidelines published by the FDA. Please refrain from asking us for medical advice. We will not answer those questions.

WHY CAN’T I ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT EUPHORIA?

Specifically regarding Policy, “FDA considers any product that is promoted as a street drug alternative to be an unapproved new drug and a misbranded drug in violation of sections 505 and 502 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Such violations may result in regulatory action, including seizure and injunction.”
